The KJ-140 Wide Centering Knife Jig ensures symmetrical sharpening, maintaining a consistent angle on both sides of the blade. Irrespective of the blade's thickness or geometry, the jig facilitates automatic self-centering, guaranteeing uniform results on both bevels.
