Delivery

What is the delivery cost?

UK delivery is Free on orders over £75 and priced at £4.50 for orders under £75. For full details please see our delivery info here

How long will it take to receive my order?

Toolnut promise to dispatch all orders in a timely manner. An estimated 95% of parcels we dispatch are sent using the Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service (delivery aim next working day after dispatch), large or heavy parcels are sent Parcel
Force 24 (delivery aim next working day after dispatch). Age restricted items are sent using the Royal Mail tracked 48 delivery service (delivery aim after dispatch 1-3 working days).

Can I track my parcel?

An estimated 95% of parcels we dispatch are sent using a trackable service either Royal Mail tracked 24 or Parcel Force tracked 24, the carrier will send tracks to either your email or mobile phone.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 35 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. Please visit our returns page for full details on how to return an item

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 working days from when we receive the item(s).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit, debit cards and PayPal as payment methods.

Do you buy used tools?

We do not purchase used tools here at Toolnut, though a sister company www.OldTools.co.uk buy second hand tools please email photos of tools you have for sale to Paul at info@oldtools.co.uk or please fill out the contact page on the Old Tools website.

How Enviromentally Freindly are you?

Our parcels are sent using recycleable boxes and packaging fill, we also now mainly use Gummed paper tape rather than plastic tape (we hope to fully transfer to recycleable tape this year). We send our parcels with Royal Mail who are said to be the most evironmentally friendly carrier in the UK.
