- Unlike traditional whetstones, this one is metal-based and requires no soaking before use.
- Combination diamond stone made up of 400 grit for ideal for coarse sharpening or repairing damaged blade or knife edges, it removes a substantial amount of material making it perfect for restoring dull blades, fixing chips, and reshaping the edge. The 1000 grit on reverse side is designed for regular everyday tool sharpening.
