Plane Handles & Fittings

• Complete hardwood plane handle kit with fittings.
  
• Designed for Faithfull no.4 and 5 planes. Maybe suitable for use with other manufacturers planes.
  
• Please note: The base of the handle will need to be shortened, and a new hole drilled to fit No.4 planes.
• Manufacturer mentions that these handles may be compatible with planes from other manufacturers like Stanley and Record with additional modifications. I.e.. some Stanley planes have a locating pin built in the cast of the plane, these Faithfull handles do not include this is the base of the handle (see photo), this would need to be drilled. Due to variations in screw threads that Stanley and Record produced, the screws will fit some vintage models of Stanley and Record planes. More recent Stanley planes are manufactured with a smaller M6 thread, planes with these threads require the original screws.
  
• Screws threads have 7/32in-20tpi Whitworth.
