Veritas Medium Router Plane

• A Veritas Medium Router constructed with a stress-relieved ductile cast iron body with a lapped sole.
• Perfect for cutting grooves, dadoes and for inlay or intarsia projects.
• Blades from large router plane can be used with the Medium router.
• The stainless-steel depth-stop collar attaches securely to the blade shaft, controlling and limiting the cutting depth.
• With the depth stop installed, cuts can be made up to 1" deep, or up to 1-3/4" deep without it.
• The ductile cast iron body features a lapped sole that fully encircles the blade when in the closed-throat position, ensuring optimal alignment with the workpiece and enabling it to span over recesses.
• The blade can be positioned inward for standard closed-throat use or outward, allowing the cutting edge to extend beyond the body for true bullnose work.
• The Veritas medium router is a mid-sized router which is slightly larger than the Veritas small router and smaller than the full size router plane.
  
• Available with a 1/4" or 1/2" high-carbon steel blade,(select the desired blade).
