Warthog V-Sharp Xtreme Edge Knife Sharpener

The V-Sharp XE (Xtreme Edge) is a very easy-to-use adjustable, freehand, precision knife sharpener. This knife sharpening device sharpens your knife / knives in seconds. The Warthog V-Sharp XE is the worlds first adjustable, freehand, precision knife sharpener that sharpens your knife at a consistent angle every time.

The sharpener uses two high quality, 325 grit natural diamond honing rods to sharpen both sides of your knife simultaneously at a consistent angle every time.

Snap-in Rods make for quick angle & grit changes, just snap them out, choose the angle and snap back.

This knife sharpener can be easily set to sharpen at 17, 20, 25 or 30 degrees. 20 degrees being for knife use with the finest of cuts through to 30 degrees where a more sturdy cut is made.

We think these are great, we have one of these in use for sharpening our Mora parcel packing knives, we also regularly get asked by family/friends if we can sharpen their kitchen knives.
