Veritas Cabinet Scraper is made from ductile cast iron that is fitted with a 2 3/4 wide blade with 45 degree ground cutting edges.
The Veritas Cabinet Scraper core is based upon the Stanley 80 Scraper but with the Veritas style. The Veritas Cabinet Scraper is longer and the handles have been placed further back and slightly lower than the No.80.
This design allows pressure to be applied directly in line with the cutting edge and prevents the blade from catching when the scraper runs off the end of the workpiece.
